Cocoon is a bundle of retreats, immersives and other events dedicated to the energy and need to go inwards in order to feel expansive and transformed in the inner and outer landscapes of self. Cocoon is about moving away from what the world may have told, shaped or demanded you be and moving towards the spacious, free and whole being you are.

Sometimes the pace of life sweeps us up into a whirlwind that knocks us off direction, traps us in our thoughts and disconnects us with ourselves and the things in life that are the most important to us. We start to lose clarity and feel dull. Immerse yourself in an abundance of space, time, nourishment and nature in the enchanting countryside setting of Awaba Retreat Centre on the Central Coast, an easy 90 minute drive from Sydney or train ride to Ourimbah Station.
